Coat of arms template - design coat of arms for the knight, reflecting his experiences and interests. Used with Year 7 low ability group. Strange to have Chaucer as an author in the prose group when he writes in rhyming couplets and was once known as the father of English poetry!

PowerPoints which could be used with a tutor group, PSHE class or in assembly to stimulate discussion on the subject of chewing gum. It is important that the students do not know the topic before you show the ‘What is it?’ slides or they will obviously guess it’s gum! Range of issues, from history of gum chewing to the economic consequences of careless disposal, finishing with some amazing gum artwork.
