This is a guide for new or existing teachers of Edexcel Graphics, it explains about the coursework, mark scheme and a bit of information on the exam. All the information that your students and yourselves will want on a handful of pages. Please excuse the school logo- you can change it. An idea adapted from the book 'engaging learners&' by Andy Griffith and Mark Burns. Student takes a card, draws whats on it and the others guess it. Give them only a minute.

Students work in groups to match material properties, names and uses. I usually have some examplar material to go with it. Cards can be printed onto card and laminated.

This could be used as a first lesson for new year 7 students or on year 6 days.

This resource can be cut out for students to work in groups to develop a specification for that product.
