I created this for my Y10 top set French class - I couldn't find anything like it online. My main language is Spanish so please let me know if there are any mistakes. I think it will be great for students to stick in their books. I always liked having concise '1-sheet' grammar tables when I was at school!

Code breaker activity in which students decode a letter and then answer questions based on the content. Revision of birthday, age, name, mood, where you live. Goes with Mira 1, Module 1.

A simple, one-page document that summarises the linguistic features needed to achieve each grade 1- to 5+ for GCSE Spanish. This is my interpretation of my school’s descriptors, and you may have a slightly different opinion. This format has really helped to plan step-by-step lessons that build on previous knowledge, as well as making assessment of speaking and writing MUCH easier. Students have really liked knowing exactly what to put in their answers. It also shows that they don’t need to write reams and reams to hit the criteria at Foundation. This can be used from Year 7 onwards.

I hope you find it as helpful as we do.

This is a 24 page information- and work-book based on all the information and guidance for the new spec. Spanish GCSE for AQA. It includes many activities to practise specific skills needed to achieve well in the Speaking and Writing papers. I plan to use it with small withdrawal groups for GCSE, working through the different skills to help them know how to hit the highest marks.
I have scoured the spec. and training materials direct from AQA to make sure nothing has been left out.
To avoid copyright infringement, I have removed many clipart images, hence it looking a bit boring. You could add your own images back in. Also, I have removed any snapshots from the AQA spec. as I wasn't sure if they would or wouldn't breach copyright. You can add your own summaries back in. That's the easy part!
I hope this saves someone else a lot of work :)

A grid for students to read and follow to make perfect, justified opinions about school subjects. There is a summary activity at the bottom for students to practise making opinions using the sheet. Goes with Mira 1, Module 2.

Puzzle sheet for students to complete - wordsearch, code breaker and crossword. Vocabulary is easy, even if students haven’t studied much of it before. Could be good for a cover activity.

Sheet for students to complete with the correct present tense conjugated verb AND infinitive. Sheet is organised so that students can see the difference between the conjugated verb and the infinitive and how the infinitive is used with opinions. Refers to the topic of free time. Goes with Mira 1, Module 5.

Two crosswords to revise all vocabulary to do with the Free Time module from Mira 1, Module 5. Students complete the two crosswords in Spanish from the English clues.
