Seven of Africa's natural wonders with maps showing where they are. Power point made for Year 2 so lots of visual pictures intended to promote discussion. Only minimum information as I wanted them to describe what they could see.

This power point shows the mascots over the last few years, their names and some reasons for their design.

As part of a topic we looked at costumes from around the world. The countries I used were specific the the heritage of the class I had at the time but may be of use to someone.

As a continuation of our 'All Dressed Up' topic we looked at how the uniform of our police has changed over the years. The pictures created good discussion and the children used the photograph at the end as a bases for their own writing.
