Instructions:
- Print a multiplication or division sheet. Choose from colour or b&w. Print on coloured card for added interest
- Cut out the multiplication and division charts and glue them back-to-back. Cut out the flash cards - fold and glue answers to the back or separate them for matching games.
- Students practice the facts and check answers. They place the cards in one of 3 piles - know it, can work it out, don’t know it yet
- When they have answered the questions, they fill the tracker sheet (with support if needed).
- Periodically, students should be tested on all multiplication facts learned to-date and the results recorderd on the progress chart. This gives a useful visual representation of strengths and area of weakness.
