The oxfam unit is excellent and I have made a worksheet for our students to create cards inspired by the ones created by the students at the school in South Africa which is featured in the Oxfam resources.

It is called The Seven Steps to Happiness - about the work I am doing now, since retiring, to help teachers and students reduce stress, build resilience and increase happiness. I feel so sad and concerned for teachers at the moment. It is such a stressful time. I'd love to chat online or on zoom with some teachers and find out how I may best be able to be of service. <br />
