This is a revision resource designed to cover everything a student needs to know to pass the 2022 Advanced Information Component 2, Section B (Music Video ) Industry question. This resource can be set as independent revision, taught in class time (I would advise across 2-3 periods) or set as H/W.
The resource includes key tips for passing the exam, how to attack Taylor Swift’s websitel in the exam as well as an exploration into an Industry question. The resource is also full of theory and terminology exploration as well as a whole host of other useful tips for the big day.
IMPORTANT: This resource includes printable resources sheets within the power point as well as embedded videos… Moreover, the notes section is also full of links, sources and top tips/ observations based on my delivery of the lesson to my students. Moreover, Taylor Swift’s website and all screen shots may possibly change by the time of teaching/ the exam due to the fluid nature of websites. I have therefore put an onus on transferable terms/ knowledge needed, should this issue arise considerably.
NOTE: I am following EDUQAS Teaching Model 1 in my teaching/ SOW and my school is providing Media Studies GCSE as a Three- Year Course.
