Great short activities for starter tasks. However, I have to mention that some of the tasks have words starting with capital letters which should be lower case. For example, Slide 5 'Complete a Sentence' should not have possessive pronouns beginning with capital letters in the middle of sentences (Mine, Yours, Theirs etc). Sort the Words do not need capital letters for each word, (eg Apple) except for the proper nouns such as India and London. There are at least four slides that need to be adjusted so that students are correctly taught the difference between proper and common nouns otherwise we are simply inadvertently embedding poor literacy skills into our pupils' learning.

Really spot on resource - loads of slides that can be used as starter tasks, or popped into related lessons. They can be adapted to use generically across the curriculum too, so not just for English.
