6-Week Scheme of Work - Of Mice and Men - Places and Settings

This scheme of work is designed for FE retakes of GCSE English Language, whereby Of Mice and Men is only covered for a short 6-week period. The students should have already covered the novella during their original GCSE teaching in Years 10 & 11, so should have prior knowledge of the plot, characters etc. It is intended that they take their Extended Reading controlled assessment at the end of the scheme.
