A Christmas Carol KS2/3

A short scheme of work for KS2/KS3 to accompany A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

This scheme will work alongside the full novel or an abridged version. Includes printable resources within the PPT. Additional links to useful documentaries, videos and soundbites also included.

I used this PowerPoint with a middle-ability Year 6 class, but it could be easily adapted to suit KS3. It is recommended that pupils watch Disney’s 2009 version of A Christmas Carol before completing the quiz, as images reference that particular movie (but could be easily changed to reference an alternative version without having to change the questions).
