This is a scheme of work consisting of 24 lessons based around teaching the entire ‘A Christmas Carol’ novel to the new AQA exam specification, including an 187 page PowerPoint presentation with very detailed lessons and all resources and worksheets included.
There are a lot of slides on this PowerPoint, however, there are some that are related to the language exam. Also it does not play the audio or the film that is loaded on the PowerPoint. Then on slide 148 is says to finish a newspaper article from the previous lesson - the previous lesson did not contain a newspaper article and as far as I can see a newspaper article does not appear anywhere.

Sorry that you are not happy with the content of the lessons. Some of the slides contain language style Victorian context questions which I found were useful and more engaging for students rather than focusing wholly on literature. For copyright reasons, I cannot include the article or video in the resource and therefore I took these lessons out; however have clearly forgotten to remove one slide that refers to this. Apologies. They can easily be found on youtube.

Thanks for the review - I'm glad you've found it useful! Unfortunately I don't have a Unit Overview, only the PowerPoints and resources. We don't really use them at my school. If there's anything else you need though let me know! <br />
