Great A Level English Literature lesson that breaks down and details ‘History’ by John Burnside. Lesson focuses on poet context and analysis is lead via enquiry questions. This will allow students to explore the poem in small groups and feedback to the rest of the class. There is also a model comparative essay paragraph focused on Giuseppe and History. Students will also have an opportunity to asses and level this exemplar using the examiner’s mark scheme, strengthening their understanding of the A Level success requirements.
