A Wrinkle in Time Independent Reading Package with Quizzes!

This package is designed for independent reading assignments, but can easily be adapted for literature circles. The package includes:

4 multiple choice quizzes (53 questions)
Answer key with Grade Conversion Chart
Editable Reading Schedule Calendar
Student Reading Log with parent signature (copy front and back)

This package is designed for the teacher who needs to encourage students to read on their own, but also needs to provide progress monitoring of reading and comprehension. This package includes an editable calendar with chapter assignments covering a five week period. Each week has a corresponding quiz designed to verify active reading occurs. Also, an optional reading log with space for notes on character and plot development, vocabulary, and parent signature is provided. I have used reading logs as extra credit assignments, or as "cheat sheets"during the quizzes. They can also be used as an assignment on their own.
