This A3 phonics mat contains all the main phonic sounds, built into 16 word boxes, containing either one or two words. Each word or words has a picture to illustrate and help with reading of that word.
Within the 20 words they contain all the main phonemes and then underneath the words list the main grapheme choices for each phoneme, with that phoneme highlighted in each word listed below.
This sheet can be printed out as an A3 sheet, as set to, or could be resized to be printed on a A4 printer. The colours used have been chosen to make the grapheme choices stand out, though it may work when printed in black and grey shades. (Though not recommended.)
