Acrostic Poetry 'School' Year 2 (adaptable)

I used this lesson with a year 2 class for home learning. The context was finishing school just before the summer holidays but the poem can be made more general. Examples of acrostic poems are given and then a shared write can be done, before children write their own. Children can also perform and peer assess their poems at the end, or in a following lesson.
