I believe there is an opportunity to preview the resource before purchasing to avoid disappointment or feeling 'fleeced'. <br />
I'm not sure the 'blank ppt' comment is necessarily accurate - the ppt features a number of images for discussion as well as some guided tasks (which could be altered for your particular group's needs) - the description of the resource does explain that it is discussion led. Yours is the first purchase that has prompted negativity. Hope it was still of some use.
