GCSE full lesson for Macbeth focusing on the idea of whether Macbeth is a tyrant, and the impact he has had on other characters within the play. Although a smaller scene, pupils are given the opportunity to explore Lennox’s character and how Shakespeare uses language and structure to portray his nervousness.
Focus on literacy with key words, and specific language and structural features which lend themselves well to the GCSE mark schemes for Edexcel and AQA.
