Acting Skills Practical

A 14 lesson scheme of work to develop core acting skills. The plan is as follows:

2 Lessons of Voice
2 Lessons of Movement
2 Lessons of Character
2 Lessons of Ensemble
2 Lessons of Dualogue
2 Lessons of Monologue
2 Lessons of Final Project.

The scheme looks at drawing on core skills from GCSE specifications and bringing in influences of practitoners. Each lesson has a workshop feel to it with small chunked tasks that focus on all of the elements. Then there is a final project that looks at drawing all the learning together.
