This resource was a Year 3 lesson that I did as part of an interview for a new teaching job and was told it was 'Outstanding' by the interviewers after already having a test run with The Monk and the Monkey lesson that I've also published on here.
This is essentially a modified version of The Monk and the Monkey lesson using the children's book, Tadpole's Promise, by Jeanne Willis. I had to choose a book that I love for my interview, and well, it just had to be Tadpole's Promise. Like the other resource I've published, this has the plan, flip chart and worksheet/resources that you need for the lesson.
