This lesson is designed to last for 1 hour and is resourced with videos, extension questioning, deep thinking and uses graphs/images to aid learning.
This lesson follows the Edexcel KS4 curriculum and looks at the causes, impacts and responses to the deforestation in the Amazon rainforest with an emphasis on Brazil. Students will go through as a class investigating the causes, impacts and responses before being tasked with collating this information.
This lesson includes a starter, lesson objective, plenary, exam question and various student led activities.
