This presentation may be used as a no preparation starter or a plenary activity in a KS, 3 or 4 Science lesson. There is also a potential use as a cover lesson or tutorial activity.
There are 26 activities, one for each letter of the alphabet and all activities have the same format, In each activity a scientific term is revealed and 4 “definitions” are offered. The students are challenged to decide which is the correct definition and why the other three are false. Hyperlinks are embedded to the correct answer and to other subsequent questions.
