Anatomy-Biology Vertical Jump - Calculating Anaerobic Power Lab : This Vertical Jump-Calculating Anaerobic Power Lab is part of my Muscular System unit that covers muscle anatomy and function in the human body. This lab is very flexible as it will work for any level student from English Learner - EL - to more advanced students. Normally conducted after a discussion of muscle energy, this product includes a complete lab and administration guidelines. There is also an opportunity to add graphing or data analysis to this lab at your discretion. In addition, this lab provides an opportunity to get your students out of your classroom and move around for a change of pace. This lab usually lasts from lasts from 1-2 days depending on your level of student.
