I really enjoyed doing this activity with my class of year sixes. They had an iPad between 3 or 4 (mixed ability) and took turns scanning the codes, read/watched the sources together and all wrote down their own answers. All were able to be successful in this way, and it took around an hour (although we did have some technical problems due to our iPads which used a little time!). The children were all completely focussed and loved doing something different and technology-based. Would love to see more of these activities for different topics in future please!
