***Use this as a stand alone lesson or as one of the five literacy lessons I have produced for Anti-Bullying Week (sold as a bundle for £10)***
This differentiated lesson encourages empathy and solidarity with victims of bullying and enables pupils to produce a high-quality letter written to a victim of bullying.
The plan includes a learning objective, success criteria, a starter, links to video clips, a sample letter to model on the board (with tips on how to engage the class during the teacher input) and a plenary.
It is differentiated three ways and includes a worksheet to enable lower ability writers to access the lesson.
I have not been observed teaching this particular lesson but I have received an Outstanding grade for all literacy observations in the last few years from my head teacher as well as more senior outside observers.
