Apartheid in South Africa Full Unit of Work

This unit of work is aimed at an S3 or Year 9 History class.
This program looks at the development of Apartheid in South Africa from early colonial origins, through the changing laws and governments, and finally to the end of Apartheid in 1991-1994. There are also two practice exam style source questions for the Scottish system with scaffolds on how to complete them in order to begin preparing them for their senior courses.
The criteria for the assessment are based on the Scottish system, however could be easily adapted.
Note: All funds raised by the sale of these resources will be donated towards contributing towards the costs of my upcoming teaching placement in Rwanda in July 2018 alongside IEE Rwanda and GLP Scotland helping to improve educational opportunities and professional development in Rwanda
