Application to Upper Pay Scale UPS1 (Letter of Application with supporting evidence)

Here is a letter of application required to request consideration to increase from Main Payscale to Upper Pay Scale.

Evidence is general to most teachers, who wish to progress, with some elements that are specific to my previous role within a school. Easily adaptable and has been highly successful. Staff at my current school have also successfully used this letter step-up into UPS.

I have also have an application for applying for UPS2 and UPS3 also on my resources - which is the same format but will model to you which teaching standards should be exceeded etc.

Both applications have been successful and highly commended by the Head Teacher and Chair of Governors and is in line with current teaching standards.
