A session on AO1 -Summary writing which uses two texts about Childhood.
It has a lot of suggested interpretations which were on a Microsoft Whiteboard and created by an adult group of GCSE students. There are 4 sample answers which are in each level of the mark scheme and the final one is a bit OTT, showing that they don’t need to write an awful lot for full marks, on this one.
It’s based on matching quotations together, as close as possible and the texts a are a nice combination.
