The starter gets students to focus on the physical properties, which they have gained from their prep notes.
They need to deconstruct an essay and some other texts in order to create a page in their notes that has at least 6 key points set out as PIE (Property, importance, example). Support sheets in form of a card sort and pictures to help with weaker a level students, as well as the task being differentiated for the more able
