An engaging lesson for students studying the AQA History GCSE. This lesson builds on students understanding of the Great Depression and allows them to investigate how Hoover responsed to the Great Depression. Students are able to categorise information into Hoover’s positive and negative responses and form a judgement on how he tacked the problems of the Great Depression overall.

NOTE - One activity in this lesson require the America 1920-1973 Opportunity and Inequality textbook by Aaron Wilkes.
