It focuses on the vocabulary and definitions of DNA, chromosomes, genes and alleles in preparation for the variation topic, and goes through the process of mitosis, following the AQA specification. It has 10 multiple choice questions designed to emphasise the key vocabulary and a RAG sheet, to assess knowledge and understanding. It can be used without the narration in class and with it for revision purposes and is fully editable.
