This is an essay on 'The Farmer's Bride' compared to 'Walking Away' focusing on the use of nature to present ideas.
I've deliberately aimed the essay at gaining a grade 5-6 for my Year 11 class. It hits all of the assessment objectives and discusses both language and structure, but there are areas that could be more developed or more technical. Students can pick out these areas by reading the essay and looking for examples of the assessment criteria that I've put in a box at the top of the essay. Good for AFL and in preparation for having a go at writing one of these essays.
