Mind maps created using the AQA specification for the topics, electricity, domestic electricity and radioactivity. Students need to know the content before they can apply it to exam questions so I have made and used them with year 11 to help them ensure they have thoroughly revised all parts of the specification for these topics. We have then used the answer sheets to mark quickly and then used these to help answer exam style questions.
For the radioactivity mind map I have not covered the development of the structure of the atom.
