AQA Physics New GCSE Spec (Paper 2 Topic 2 - exams 2018) – Waves (4.6)
All lessons to cover the TRILOGY lessons of topic 6 (paper 2, topic 2) – Waves (4.6), from the new spec (exams 2018). .
The lessons include any required practical tasks that AQA have outlined, and an opportunity for learners to complete each of these.
Lessons have differentiated tasks available on slides and progress checks to assess learning throughout the lessons.
There is also opportunity to assess extended answer questions in some of the lessons to allow extended feedback on their work in these tasks.

4.6.1.2 - Properties of waves - required practical - make observations to identify the suitability of apparatus to measure the frequency, wavelength and speed of waves in a ripple tank and waves in a solid and take appropriate measurements. (P6.2 lesson)
4.6.2.1 - Types of electromagnetic waves (P6.6 lesson)
4.6.2.2 - Properties of electromagnetic waves 1 (P6.7a lesson)
4.6.2.3 - Properties of electromagnetic waves 2(P6.7a lesson)
Required practical (P6.7b lesson) - investigate how the amount of infrared radiation absorbed or radiated by a surface depends on the nature of that surface.
4.6.2.4 - Uses and applications of electromagnetic waves (P6.8 lesson)

Thank you for sharing your resource. It is definitely saving me plenty of work. However, for the activities that you have included in the presentations (eg, Slides 7,8 and 11 of the first ppt.), it would be useful if answers were included (to appear after pupils have attempted tasks). Exam style questions would also be extremely useful at this stage.
