I am an experienced secondary English teacher. My resources focus around the new AQA specification for KS4 and the majority of my KS3 schemes also aim to build the skills needed to work towards the AQA GCSE. I am a huge fan of engaging pupils and my lessons therefore focus around this aspect of teaching.
Two lessons on 'Poppies' from the new specification AQA Poetry Anthology cluster Power and Conflict. The lessons include engaging activities that lead to a full set of annotations on the poem.
