Flashcards for the key cases in AS and A Level Law with the name of the case on one side and the key facts alongside the ruling/point of law on the other side.
Different colours for each distinct topic to make it easier for students to identify which area of the law the case belongs to but also for visual learners to be able to associate the colour to the facts.
As an A Level Law student myself, I found that using these were very effective; my Law teacher approved of them and encouraged me to publish them so that others too can benefit.
The case facts are condensed and short with only the relevant aspects mentioned which makes it even easier for students to remember, recall and apply.
- Yellow --> Nature of Law and the English Legal System including precedent
- Red --> Offences Against the Person
- Blue --> Occupiers Liability
- Purple -->Liability in Negligence
- Green --> Strict Liability
- Pink --> Robbery
- Orange --> Theft
- Beige --> Attempts
- Dark blue --> Murder + Manslaughter
- Light Blue --> defences
