Apologies that this was not what you were expecting. I've re-read the information in the resource description - and I agree - it does not state that there was no teachable content and this is misleading. I would be happy to refund you for this if you contact TES.
It is however, a very useful revision chart (when completed accurately by A levels students using their own notes, as part of their revision) which shows all the various key categories for each president in a focused manner. When I initally produced this, there were no resources or revision materials for the new course at all and I found it helped weaker students keep the key info for each president in one place, useful. I use it every year during the teaching of each president, but then again as an opportunity for students to filter down all the content into key headings - which makes it more manageble.
