I have made this spreadsheet to upload my results from tests so that I have an at-a-glance view of where my gaps are. After setting up, I found it was much quicker than trawling through every paper one by one to find areas for development.
The sheet is conditionally formatted to change colour for values:
1-2 marks: Cell will turn green
0 marks: Cell will turn red
This is mainly kitted out for KS1 and has been created for previous SATs papers. It can be formatted and changed to suit different mark totals.
