These are tickets we use in my class every day when writing to allow the teacher/TA to assess each individual piece of writing quickly and consistently. We have evolved them over several years.
The first 3 pages are for EYFS, taken from Development Matters and the Statutory Framework. They are made for the adult to mark, adding notes as needed. These tickets allow for a massive amount of information to be recorded in seconds.
The 4th page is taken from the Y1 end of year expectations (plus a few extras) which you can stick at the top of each page of work they do. I highlight a line over each criteria 1, 2, or 3 times to reflect beginning, developing or secure. (“Say my sentence” is added in there from EYFS so they always can do at least one thing.) I also use this to circle a target on for their next piece of work - the children can access this entire system easily so it’s a really efficient way of doing it.
