This unit has 5 columns for pupils to complete and reflect during or after each lesson. It can be adapted for the activities you cover but at present includes relay, shot, 100m sprint, Long Jump and 800m/pacing.
The self-assessment includes 5 questions to answer for pupils to demonstrate their understanding of each activity. These are fantastic to use for assessment at the end of the unit and I also used during parents evening to share with the pupils!
