Three attendance letter templates which can be edited for individual schools and students. These templates can be used by primary and secondary schools.
Attendance Letter 1 Template: Informing parents that attendance is being monitored for a student due to dropping below a specific percentage (e.g. 96%).
Attendance Letter 2 Template: Informing parents that attendance has continued to fall below a specific percentage (e.g. 90%) and a meeting has been scheduled.
Attendance Letter 3 Template: Informing parents that attendance has not improved since the last meeting and another meeting will be held to create an appropriate intervention (e.g. parenting contract).
Space is provided for personalization of letters, and they can easily be added to headed paper. These documents support the mail merge function through Excel.
