Bearings

Begins with starter & LO é poses a question to engage a discussion which will lead to dialogue about angles é direction é eventually, bearings. Lesson continues with. Students then use their whiteboards to provide AfL to teachers which leads onto differentiated/tiered questions. The second main activity encourages learners to choose a level of challenge and to use the map of the British Isles to find the bearings to a from various locations. Answers are provided.
