Behaviour Support: Pre and Post Behaviour Outcome/Goals

Outcome Measures capture behaviours pre and post intervention. The outcome measures are based upon Goal Attainment Scales (GAS) which allows a teacher/parent/allied health professional determine the degree of severity/frequency and impact of behaviours. Pre and post measures help to see whether the intervention or strategy was effective.

This document is fully editable thereby allowing you to change the wording of the questions to capture the information relevant to the individualized behaviours of the student.

This as been used for individuals with autism/ ADHD/ intellectual disability who present with behaviours of concern.
