I found this very helpful as an ECT, and I would recommend it for those just starting out. It's really clear and easy to follow, can be printed easily, and edited to suit the facilities and resources available. The only reason i haven't given 5 stars is because i do think it could be scaffolded a little better. But again, the file is editable so you can do this to suit your class.
