The online game “Bookworm” is a fun way to expand the vocabulary of pupils and to test their spelling in an interesting fashion.
I have produced a list of some of the weird and wonderful words in Bookworm.
My advice to students who come across an unusual word is to find out what it means and share it with classmates who are also playing the game.
