A set of three lessons following ‘'Point de départ’ Studio GCSE Higher. Students are reminded of possessive adjectives and asked to discuss a clip of ‘Plus belle la vie’ to start the lessons then go on to practice using the present tense of reflexive verbs. Students practice their skills through a range of activities from the book enhanced with support and challenge activities as well as additional slides to explain the grammar, additional exercises to practice conjugation, a and a differentiated translation in to English. A quiz and connect four game are also used to consolidate student knowledge. The lessons conclude with a role play task with student friendly marking criteria and an extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self/peer assessment.
