CALM - increasing student awareness

This is a simple self awareness sheet that I have used to support students in deciphering the nature of their errors in maths.
It is important to assess the mistakes because a final grade often does not give the full picture. This simple sheet reinforces to students the need to keep calm because if they know how and why the mistake was made they are more likely to learn from that mistake.
