Cambridge Primary Checkpoint ESL Email Writing Booklet for Distance Learning

This Email Writing Booklet is suitable for Grade 6 students sitting for the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint exam in English as a Second Language.
The Booklet provides students with a structure on how to answer the email writing task of the exam. In this Booklet, I’ve written sample emails based on questions from past exam papers. Teachers will be able to review Learners writing and assess areas of improvement.

What makes writing good?

1. The reader understands the message
2. Good spelling, correct grammar and clear punctuation
3. Clear connection of ideas
   4.The register (formal/informal) and tone of the language is appropriate.
