For the Gatsby Benchmark Careers Guidelines. 1-2 hour fully resourced careers lesson. Firstly, students will investigate what employability skills are. They will then take stock of the employability skills they already have by examining the skills they have developed through their time at school. They then focus on the skills they want to develop further, according to their prospective lines of employment.

The lesson sees students complete a skills audit, team group activities, individual tasks, clip tasks and and is perfect for a PSHE / Citizenship careers unit.

This resource pack includes a one hour long PowerPoint with accompanying worksheets, well differentiated activities, literacy focus tasks, clip tasks with three-way differentiated questions and information sheets.

The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is useful for PSHE, Citizenship or Tutor Time. As with all our lessons, you don’t need any prior knowledge as all the information is included - you can just pick up and teach it.

The teacher-tutor package resource bundle, comprising of a whole range of Careers & Employability Skills teaching & learning materials, is very informative and is very much in-depth. This resource bundle is incredibly valuable & superbly enlightening, and can be a terrific asset for the academic practitioners, as well as for the entire Curriculum. This brilliant resource bundle is vital for engaging all learners, with different learning needs & learning styles, and for driving them to achieve success in Employability Skills. This is an excellent quality resource bundle, immensely rich with subject-related information, very useful for planning, delivery & assessment of Employability Skills study programme, which has been received exceedingly swiftly, with very many grateful thanks, great value for money, and with sincerest appreciation.
