CC1/2 Separating Mixtures Desalination Comprehension BLOOMS/MASTERY task with links to CB1: OSMOSIS

Using a recent article from The New York Times, which is based on the desalination plants in California tackling the issues of drought, students are given comprehensive questions that are increasing in levels of thinking using BLOOMS Taxonomy and MASTERY.

Higher level questions challenge students to also apply CB1 Key Concepts knowledge of osmosis.

Students are then given past paper exam questions to asnwer (mark scheme included).
