This is good and well-pitched in detail for the BTEC course for which it is intended. Some of the flow charts and diagrams would benefit from a little refinement, for example a visual to show the double nature of the pathways following pyruvate. Some explanation of mitochondria structure related to function would not go amiss. Hence not 5 stars. Overall I am happy with the purchase.
